For orders over $75, yes! Any order below that amount will be subject to a small shipping fee.

Our team typically ship orders within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery via USPS generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier once the package is in transit.

Expedited orders placed Monday–Friday before 5pm ET typically ship the same business day via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders placed after 5pm ET or on weekends will ship the next business day. Delivery timelines are managed by the carrier once the package is in transit.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

There are a few reasons this can happen. Sometimes carriers take 24–48 hours to scan and update tracking after a label is created. In other cases, packages are already in transit but haven’t received their first scan yet. Another possibility is that your item was on preorder. 

If your tracking hasn’t updated after a couple of days, please email us at hello@rydir.com and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

That means the item is currently on preorder. Our next delivery is expected to arrive by that date, and we’ll begin shipping orders as soon as it lands.

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, we’ll ship everything together once the preorder arrives. If you’d prefer to receive the ready-to-ship items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.

Yes — the Rydir Band works with most bags, including duffels. The stretchy knit fabric acts like a second skin, allowing it to fit a wide range of sizes.

On larger duffels, it may feel a bit more snug and have slightly less give than on smaller bags, but it still functions effectively to keep your bag secure and in place and clean.

We’ve tested it with styles like the Louis Vuitton Keepall Bandoulière 55 and similar-sized duffels with great results.

It will. The Rydir Band Mini was intentionally designed with bags like the Hermès Birkin 30 in mind. It’s slightly smaller than the Original, creating a more precise, secure fit for smaller silhouettes. There is extra space below so that it covers the bottom of the bag fully.

It’s a better alternative. While trolley sleeves simply slide onto the handle, they don’t always keep your bag stable.
